Union dues paid monthly

1. Union dues based on your salary
a) Lifetime employee member: basic salary x 1.85% + ¥500 (maximum ¥7,900)
b) Limited term of contract employee: basic salary x 1% + ¥500 (maximum ¥3,400)
c) Jobless member: ¥500

2. Fund for struggles
a) Lifetime employee member: ¥500
b) Limited term of contract employee: ¥100
c) Jobless member: ¥100

Example:

If you make ¥255,000 a month on a limited-term contract, the total is:

¥255,000 x 1%+500+100= ¥3,150--> ¥3,100/month (rounded off to the lower 100 yen)

3. You can send dues with a Japanese Postal Order
